Leading Hand - Aquaculture

The Aquaculture Leading Hand position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team within the seafood industry, located in the picturesque setting of Bowen, Whitsundays.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of up to seven staff members, operation and maintenance of control system and more.

The role offers:
Competitive annual salary + Super + Accommodation (all bills incl.) and 9-days fortnight roster Relocation assistance will be considered for the suitable candidate Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and supervise a dedicated team Job planning and coordination Staff training and management Machinery operation Ordering coordination Operation and Maintenance of control systems Repairs and troubleshooting of critical equipment and infrastructure Required Skills: Experience in a similar role and/or in a related field Previous experience in Seafood industry (preferred).
