As part of the local leadership team, the successful candidate will lead and manage the delivery of asset management services for clients (specialising in asset accounting and valuation services), as well as driving the performance of the asset accounting related software products.
W orking closely with the GM of APAC, this is an ideal opportunity for someone who can leverage their extensive a sset a ccounting experience to make a difference in a highly commercial, entrepreneurial company with significant growth potential.
Key responsibilities are the leadership of the a sset a ccounting consulting team, running the associated P&L , and critically, the strategic planning and execution for business growth, both locally and for international expansion.
Skills and Experience: Significant experience in a sset a ccounting A consulting background, or worked in a professional services environment, where quality delivery, innovation and entrepreneurialism are the cornerstones of growth Build competitive advantage through your financial acumen and domain expertise Client service focused, able to build strong relationships with external clients Act as an asset accounting subject matter expert and thought leader both within the company and broader marketplace People leadership of a small, growing a sset a ccounting team through coaching and mentoring Experience with fair value accounting standards AASB 116, AASB 13 and others CPA / CA or Registered Engineer qualification preferred AMC or IPWEA asset management certification preferred Experience with i nfrastructure construction estimation (Roads, Bridges, Buildings, etc) Experience in asset intensive infrastructure industries such as Local and State Government, utilities and / or transport Copyright 2022 PeopleScout - A True Blue Company | All Rights Reserved
