You'll design, deliver, and promote innovative learning programs that empower our teams to excel in a rapidly changing environment.
Your work will directly contribute to building the leadership and critical skills we need to thrive, now and in the future.
This position will be based in our North Sydney office with a hybrid work arrangement.Key responsibilities:Lead Strategic Learning Initiatives: Design and implement innovative, future-focused competency frameworks and impactful learning programs; ensuring they align with both business needs and learner aspirations.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to curate and create engaging content that resonates with our diverse workforce.Develop and Deliver Annual Learning Plan: Leverage competency frameworks to identify capability gaps, conduct training needs analysis across the business, develop annual leadership & learning calendar, design and facilitate a suite of programs to close the gaps and achieve strategic learning outcomes.Facilitate Learning Programs: Facilitate in person and virtual learning programs across the business.Foster Collaboration: Provide support to broader Learning & Organisational Development team initiatives.Resource Management: Manage training resources, including budgets, programs, and vendors, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.Monitor outcomes: Assess and report on the impact of initiatives, identifying opportunities for performance enhancement and continuous improvement.Integration & Best Practice: Ensure learning initiatives are integrated with talent and succession planning, performance management, and development planning processes.
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in learning, human behaviour, cognitive psychology, and instructional design.Skills and experience:In-depth knowledge of Learning & Development methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design.A proven track record in designing, implementing and evaluating successful leadership and learning programsDemonstrated experience leveraging a variety of blended methods to create effective learning experiences for a diverse and geographically dispersed workforceConfident workshop facilitator and leadership coachAbility to operate at all levels - strategic, operational, and tacticalStrong project management skills to drive forward multiple learning initiatives concurrentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration at all levelsProficient in using LMS, online learning platforms and other educational technologies to enhance the learning experience and be able to translate insights into data-driven decision makingTertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or similar field highly desirableBenefits and perks:Flex your way: Whether you're working partly in the office or remotely (where business allows), we give you the flexibility to make time for what matters.Grow sustainably: Personal and career growth is key.
