You'll drive strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, performance, and wellbeing, ultimately enhancing the performance of our employees, enabling them to positively impact on our members.
The Opportunity Partner across the organisation to make a deep impact on the culture, engagement, performance, and experience of the Hostplus team.
Work closely with the Executive Manager, Organisational Development, and the senior leadership team, to implement strategies and initiatives in the areas of leadership development, wellness, and employee experience and engagement.
About You You have extensive experience in talent development, psychometric assessments, training, and facilitation, with advanced public speaking skills.
A background in Psychology, with strong research, analytical, and strategic thinking skills is essential.
Some key attributes you should possess include:
Senior-level experience in leadership development strategy design and trainingKnowledge of best practice diversity and inclusion practicesStrong skills in employee engagement survey design and analysisAdvanced psychometric assessment skills, particularly for recruitmentRegistration as a psychologist, with organisational psychology endorsement highly desirablePlease note this role is open to Melbourne & Adelaide based applicants.
