The Role Our diverse venue has a range of leadership positions, from team leaders in our operational outlets, to Duty Managers who oversee the performance and happenings of our entire venue, and senior leadership roles such as our Community Engagement Manager who is our primary connection point to our community.

About you To be considered for this role you will have: The desire and commitment to make a career with The Westport Club by leading, guiding & motivating our team for years to come.
At least 12 months experience leading a team of people within the hospitality industry or within operational leadership Confidence to work independently and think on your feet to resolve issues and manage tricky situations Exceptional experience in communicating with both customers and team members and be able to demonstrate the ability to have the 'difficult conversation' Flexibility and availability across the operating hours of the Club Current RSA and RCG certificates If you're ready to help us create memories that will last a lifetime and join a great organisation that truly values its people, then this could all be possible with your next role with The Westport Club.
