We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Leadership Assistant for Sport and Co-curricular activities.
This role will directly support the Assistant Principal Sport and Co-curricular, ensuring the smooth operation of our sports and co-curricular programs.
The ideal candidate will have extensive administrative experience, a deep passion for and understanding of sport, and a keen eye for detail.
Role Overview: This position works 46 weeks of the year and can be full-time or part-time, with a schedule to suit your needs (min 30 hours/week).
Key Responsibilities will include: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Assistant Principal Sport and Co-curricular.Coordinating and managing schedules, events, and activities related to sports and co-curricular programs including carnivals and significant events.Liaising with coaches, teachers-in-charge, and external partners to facilitate seamless program delivery.Maintaining accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.Assisting in the planning and execution of sports events, competitions, and co-curricular activities.Supporting the development and implementation of new initiatives to enhance student engagement.To be successful in this role you will have: Extensive administrative experience, preferably in an educational or sports setting.Strong passion for and understanding of sport and co-curricular activities.Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and be able to quickly learn new systems.Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.A commitment to child safety and St Augustine's values.A commitment to ongoing professional development.Child Safeguarding Statement: St.
