JOB DESCRIPTION Leadership and Management Trainer and Assessor Position in Launceston.BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management Trainer and Assessor Needed.Australian Federation College (RTO 45616, CRICOS Provider No.: 03854G), located in Melbourne CBD and Launceston, Tasmania, is a quality RTO offering a wide range of courses to cater to the diverse needs of its existing and prospective students. Exciting opportunities for qualified leadership trainers & assessors to join our academic team.
We have part-time, contract, or casual positions available for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities: Assist students with the transition to life and study in a new environment.Facilitate engaging and high-quality training for our learners.Assess learner competence.Participate in validation and moderation sessions as required.Assist in the continuous improvement and development of the RTO resources.Maintain VET and industry currency at all times.Perform duties in an ethical and professional manner.Stay up-to-date about changes in the ESOS framework.Mandatory Skills and Qualifications Requirements: Must have relevant qualification (i.e., BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management or higher).Must have recent (in the last 3 years) industry experience in the training field.Must have TAE40116 or higher qualification or TAE40110 (including TAELLAN411/equivalent and TAEASS502/equivalent).Must have evidence of recent VET and Industry PD activities.Legal Australian work rights.Desirable Skills and Qualities: Working experience with international students is preferred.Must have exceptional customer service skills.Please forward your resume/CV detailing your skills, qualifications, and experiences to AFC HR.
