Seeking those with an enthusiasm to learn and harbour a genuine passion for the water, have a choice of multiple opportunities for key leadership roles across the business, including:Bay LeadersConstruction LeaderSCOPEThe Construction and Operations teams are water based, providing and maintaining the essential infrastructure and ensuring production goals are reached, sprawling three primary locations. Activities include but are not limited to:Coordinating, leading, training and directing teams in day to day activities;Strategic planning and execution of projects within timelines and budgets;Forecasting and reporting on outcomes, objectives, issues and operations;Leading and empowering teams to achieve production, quality, environmental and safety objectives;Building and maintaining strong relationships across various departments;Operation of equipment such as boats and forklifts and performing asset maintenance;Compliance with various accreditations.SUCCESS PROFILEIf you have aquaculture, marine science or related qualifications, professional experience in a marine environment and natural leadership skills this is an opportunity to grow with a team of highly motivated individuals in an expanding business.
