Bay Leaders Construction Leader SCOPE
The Construction and Operations teams are water based, providing and maintaining the essential infrastructure and ensuring production goals are reached, sprawling three primary locations. Activities include but are not limited to:
Coordinating, leading, training and directing teams in day to day activities; Strategic planning and execution of projects within timelines and budgets; Forecasting and reporting on outcomes, objectives, issues and operations; Leading and empowering teams to achieve production, quality, environmental and safety objectives; Building and maintaining strong relationships across various departments; Operation of equipment such as boats and forklifts and performing asset maintenance; Compliance with various accreditations. SUCCESS PROFILE
If you have aquaculture , marine science or related qualifications , professional experience in a marine environment and natural leadership skills this is an opportunity to grow with a team of highly motivated individuals in an expanding business. You will also be willing to travel to various sites in the region for periods of time (paid).
Qualifications:
Coxswains Licence (grade 1) essential; Car Licence essential; Crane Licence (CV High Risk) desirable; Forklift Licence (LF High Risk) desirable; Current First Aid Certificate desirable; Ability to use and navigate via GPS; Ability to operate plant & machinery i.e. excavators desirable; Experience:
Demonstrated experience leading small teams; Evidence of vessel operations and GPS plotting; BENEFITS
A generous package is on offer ranging from $80,000 - $110,000 + super , commensurate with role type and experience and offers Relocation Assistance and Temporary Accommodation for a soft landing if required.
