This full-time role is scheduled to commence on Friday, 31 January 2025. The Leader of Wellbeing position is a 2-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years; however, your teaching position will be full-time and permanent.
About the Role This Leader of Wellbeing position will attract a capable and creative educator who has a lead role in creating and facilitating an inclusive and welcoming environment to support student wellbeing. As a Leader of Wellbeing, you will work with the Campus Coordinators, Leader of Character Education, and other members of the Wellbeing Team to build a safe and caring environment in which our students can thrive.
The Leader of Wellbeing is responsible for coordinating effective Wellbeing programs, monitoring attendance, conducting attendance meetings, supporting student case-management, and leading systems of wellbeing and student management that create a positive and productive teaching and learning environment.
