About The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join us on a fixed term basis, leading a dynamic Field Engineering and Support team.
Whilst leading a state-wide team of engineers and support team members, this role will also give you exposure to developing strategies and maintaining the implementation process, acting as the conduit between Field Operations and the broader business, supporting with risk management, developing and implementing reporting metrics to support the Program of Work (PoW), and ensuring that technical and operational engineering support for field-related technical problems are delivered to stakeholders in a timely manner.
A key aspect of this role is to work closely with our Field Operations Leaders to successfully implement, monitor and maintain critical Business Improvement initiatives, as well as actively engage with other internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes.
About YouFirst and foremost, you will be a seasoned leader with significant leadership experience in a similar role within either the power industry or a relatable complex industry.
A relevant degree/technical knowledge would be advantageous!
The ability to manage concurrent and competing priorities, coupled with the demonstrated capability of successfully driving results is essential, as this is a fast-paced role working with multiple high performing teams.
