We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join us on a fixed term basis, leading a dynamic Field Engineering and Support team.
In this role, you will lead a state-wide team of engineers and support team members, develop strategies, maintain the implementation process, and act as the conduit between Field Operations and the broader business. You will support risk management, develop and implement reporting metrics for the Program of Work (PoW), and ensure timely delivery of technical and operational engineering support for field-related technical problems to stakeholders.
A key aspect of this role is to work closely with our Field Operations Leaders to successfully implement, monitor, and maintain critical Business Improvement initiatives, as well as actively engage with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes.
About the roleThis position requires a seasoned leader with significant leadership experience in a similar role within the power industry or a related complex industry. A relevant degree or technical knowledge is advantageous.
The ability to manage concurrent and competing priorities, along with a demonstrated capability to successfully drive results, is essential, as this is a fast-paced role working with multiple high-performing teams.
