Power Generation & Distribution (Mining, Resources & Energy) Full time Are you a seasoned in-field Leader with industry knowledge?
This could be the career change you have been waiting for! TasNetworks are seeking an experienced Leader with industry knowledge to join the Field Operations team to lead the Electrical Services Delivery Group to safely and effectively deliver the Program of Work (PoW).
You will have exposure to developing and implementing strategies to improve health, safety, environment, quality (HSEQ) culture and performance across the state, and developing and facilitating Operations and TasNetworks' strategic initiatives, transformation activities and deliver a variety of programs on the distribution network.

About youFirst and foremost, you will hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Business and/or have significant demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role, within the energy industry (essential).
Possessing demonstrated capability to drive significant incident investigations combined with the ability to manage major fault restoration activities within a complex working environment is important to the success of this role.
Critical to this role is fostering strong relationships with direct and non-direct team members and external stakeholders; this is where your demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to build relationships will play a key part in creating high performing teams.
This is a state-wide position and regular travel is required.
