Leader Crew Culture - Cabin Crew (Sydney)As a Leader Crew Culture (Inflight Experience) your role is to lead, support, coach, and develop a team of customer service professionals across cabin operations across Melbourne. You will ensure compliance to all Virgin Australia Group policies maximising our team's potential and delivering memorable moments every day to every customer.
Reporting directly to the Crew Culture Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring team performance across the cabin operational environment. In addition, you will be accountable for managing the health and wellbeing of our team members ensuring a proactive approach to our people's needs.
