Position Descriptor: Lincoln Gardens Primary School is a small R-6, category 1 site.
Currently, there are 3 classes; R/1/2, 2/3/4 and 4/5/6.
The majority of students are Indigenous.
The leadership team comprises of a Principal, Wellbeing Leader and Aboriginal Education Leader.
We prioritise evidence based pedagogical practices that engage and challenge students by implementing the SA Curriculum with the focus to increase the SEA achievement in Reading & Writing.
MulitLit (InitiaLit, MiniLit and MacqLit) is delivered across all classrooms during the morning English session.
The AEL supports site leaders and teachers to establish and model a culture of high expectations in teaching and learning.
