Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy. 
Woodside Energy is Australia's leading natural gas producer, and Bechtel is excited to be working with this key customer to help meet the increasing global demand for LNG as a transitional energy source.
Job Summary: As part of the System Turnover team, candidate shall interface with team members across the construction site in both Construction and Pre-Commissioning teams to expedite and track work completion by startup system in order to compile system turnover dossiers and reports at each phase of the project. 
This role shall be a pivotal interface between team members and candidate shall have excellent interpersonal skills as well as organization skills. As a Lead Turnover Coordinator, candidate is responsible for supervising team members within their work area, including daily tasking, professional development, and scheduling.
Major Responsibilities: Leadership/Supervision 
Proactively engages with their teams' development through CPM, competency development/assessment and feedback  Supervises a broad range of construction engineering work within a specific engineering discipline. Work Planning & Packaging 
Coordinates with design on constructability issues. Material Management 
Directs the preparation of requisitions for field procured materials, material substitution, services, and equipment.  Quantities Possesses responsibility for quantity take-off, control, reporting and forecasting. Safety / Quality Control 
Ensures zero accident philosophy and requirements are implemented and adhered to by craft and others when in the operational area, and tools and equipment are in safe condition and operated safely.  Possesses responsibility for coordinating between construction and startup to ensure the various system walkdowns are performed, interfacing with the startup specialist as required to support component/system turnover and assuming responsibility (as required) for area turnover coordination as determined by the PFE.  Reviews and approves inspection test plans  Supervises reviews of subcontractor submittals Education and Experience Requirements:  Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8 -10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
Required Knowledge and Skills: Ability to operate standard office equipment. Experience using database software. Effective time management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in Construction, Field Engineering or Pre-commissioning preferred. Working Rights in Australia without employer sponsorship are required.

Additional Information This position has responsibilities that include exposure to changing environmental, construction, and operational conditions, which may include: extensive walking in and around an active construction and/or operations site, climbing ladders, working at heights from work platforms including scaffolding, and mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs), use of personal fall arrest equipment, walking and working on uneven surfaces, working in constricted and/or confined spaces, variable  work shifts (e.g., day, night, weekends, 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift, etc.), and work in inclement weather. Some lifting may be required. Candidate must be able to use standard issued Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required for each assigned task (i.e. respirator, harness, life vest, hearing protection, etc.).
The Pluto Train 2 Project is a Major Hazard Facility meaning this is a non-smoking site and no tobacco products – i.e. cigarettes, vapes, lighters, tobacco - are permitted to be brought to the site
