We have multiple exciting permanent opportunities for Telco Riggers and Lead Telco Riggers to join our enterprise client in NSW offering generous rate, depending on your seniority level!
About the role:The (Lead) Telecommunications Rigger plays a vital role in the installation, maintenance, and optimisation of telecommunications infrastructure.
This role involves working at heights on various telecommunications structures, including poles, towers, and masts, to install antennas, feeders, and ancillary equipment.
Responsibilities:Install, relocate, and remove tower-mounted telecommunications equipment, including antennas, transmitters, and receivers, while adhering to safety guidelines and technical specifications.Familiarity with Optus, TPG, NBN, and Telstra installation standards, and experience with Ericsson radio telecommunications equipment and cabling is preferred.Greenfield site experience, Ran Upgrade, 4G and 5G modernization.Safely climb and work at heights on various telecommunications structures to install, terminate, and test telecommunications cables of different types and sizes.Erect and secure steel structures to facilitate the installation of telecommunications equipment, ensuring stability and compliance with engineering standards.Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to trainee technicians, covering topics such as safety procedures and technical skills.What's on offer:Competitive salary and benefits package including paid overtime, team company car, and LAFA of $210 per day!Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.The chance to work on high-profile telecommunications projects.Minimum Requirements:Basic Riggers TicketWorking at Heights & Tower RescueDrivers LicenseFirst Aid & CPR CertificateConstruction White CardHow to Apply:If you meet the above criteria and are looking for an exciting opportunity in the telecommunications rigging industry, we would love to hear from you.
