Suburban Rail Loop (SRL) is an integrated transport infrastructure and precincts planning project that will deliver a 90km rail line linking every major train service from the Frankston Line to the Werribee Line via Melbourne Airport.

Join the Suburban Rail Loop Authority and lead the management, governance, and delivery of critical technology platforms that power one of Victoria's most ambitious infrastructure programs.
Reporting to the Manager, Technology Operations and Platforms, your key accountabilities will include:
Providing strong leadership and hands-on management of SRLA Enterprise Technology Platform portfolio including Platform Roadmap, Governance, Commercial, Policy, Service Management, Operations, Delivery, and Support.Making day-to-day decisions related to the Supporting Technology Platforms in accordance with agreed Data, Technology, and organisational policies.Delivering high-quality Supporting Technology Platform services and enabling business excellence by supporting continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.Maintaining responsibility for end-to-end platform commercial aspects, ensuring clarity through operational reporting.Conducting risk management activities to ensure the Supporting Technology Platforms can be delivered by the team.Contributing to a constructive and collaborative culture across the team.Motivating and driving the team to continuously learn and deliver high-quality outputs.This is a permanent, full-time role. You will work in a hybrid work model with access to a range of flexible working arrangements.
Minimum RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
A strong leadership ability to develop the team across various IT Platforms.Significant experience in leading the delivery of multiple projects and managing associated delivery risks.Knowledge of trends across the technology industry to deliver effective IT services.The ability to establish service level agreements and manage vendor relationships.Experience in developing, implementing, and reviewing IT policy and standards.Extensive experience in the design, implementation, and management of IT Platforms.Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 or ITIL 4 Foundations certification.BenefitsYou will have the opportunity to contribute to a groundbreaking public transport initiative and work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
