Reporting to our executive leadership, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring advanced, AI-integrated processes and systems to our rapidly expanding operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Lead IT Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with Dental Boutique's vision and growth objectives.Infrastructure Building: Build the entire IT infrastructure from scratch, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency.Process Implementation: Establish and optimize IT processes to streamline workflows, enhance data management, and support company operations effectively.AI Integration: Incorporate AI solutions to drive innovation, automate processes, and enhance both patient and employee experiences.System Management and Security: Oversee network security, data protection, and compliance with industry standards.Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure effective partnerships.About YouYou're an experienced IT leader, comfortable with starting from the ground up, and have at least 5-10 years of experience in senior IT roles.
