CodeRed, a business of Chubb Fire & Security monitors Direct Brigade Alarms across the state of Western Australia on behalf of the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES). Fire Alarm Monitoring is critical to help protect people, property, and assets and CodeRed is an integral part in providing the service. CodeRed operates 24/7, 365 days a year.
CodeRed install, maintain, and monitor Fire Indicator panels via an Alarm Signaling Equipment (ASE) device with connections direct to the WA Fire Brigade.
About the Role Whilst the role will be primarily autonomous you will be part of the Code Red WA team, ensuring installations are completed within set timeframes and in accordance with our installation process. This is a customer centric role so you will have excellent customer service skills built on care, empathy, and respect.
You have great attention to detail, and a strong background in fire/technical role. You need to be proactive with a can-do attitude and work well in a team environment or on your own.
