We're seeking a 'Lead Technician - Appliance Repair' to join one of Switzerland's premier premium appliance brands, renowned for luxury kitchen and laundry solutions.
Our diverse product range includes market-leading CombiSteam ovens, Combair convection ovens, induction and gas cooktops, refrigeration, dishwashers, and laundry appliances.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide premium customer experiences in both residential and commercial environments across Melbourne and Regional Victoria - Deliver corrective and enhancement actions, collaborating with the Customer Experience team to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain spare parts, tools, and equipment according to service protocols.
- Support the 3rd party agent network with technical product information and training.
- Develop and facilitate training on technical aspects for retail, commercial, and service partners.
- Maintain professional relationships with service partners through effective communication.
Key Skills and Attributes: - Proven technical skills and experience ( preferably in the appliance industry).
- Strong ability to self-manage and complete service-related administrative tasks efficiently.
- Autonomy in work coupled with effective collaboration within a dynamic team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in problem-solving.
- A customer-first approach with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to develop extensive technical product knowledge and engage in ongoing training.
Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a technician.
- Valid restricted electrical license (gas service and/or refrigeration license is advantageous).
- Current and unrestricted driver's license.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
