Your role will be pivotal in transforming healthcare delivery.
You'll contribute to the seamless operation of health support systems that are not just efficient but also safeguarded with the highest standards of security.
The Lead Technical Writer role will be required to undertake work that is complex in nature, work under limited direction with the opportunity for reasonable autonomy and accountability.
In this role, you will need to:
Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical staff to create technical information-based material and documentation with screenshots and tutorials, including but not limited to user manuals, guides, and product specifications.Communicate complex ideas in a concise manner and be able to explain complex technical information in easy-to-understand language for a non-technical audience.Conduct assessment on existing technical documentation and improve the documentation through collaboration with subject matter experts and technical staff.Contribute to develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance framework for the ITS Branch.Conduct quality assurance activities on newly designed and updated processes and implement improvements.What You'll Bring Relevant experience with technical writing and documentation.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong research, analytical and problem-solving abilities.High proficiency with MS Office and attention to detail.Relevant tertiary qualification and experience in a government environment will be highly regarded.Ability to obtain and maintain national police check.Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.Ability to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required by the Agency.Additional InformationThe position may be filled in Brisbane, Sydney, or Canberra.
