As a Lead Technical Support Engineer, you'll work as part of the support team. You'll lead and provide technical support to other groups and co-workers for Baker Hughes Wireline in Australia. You'll provide coaching to other specialists, technicians, and apprentices in your area of expertise.
As a Lead Technical Support Engineer - Wireline Services you will be responsible for:
Providing technical expertise and guidance to Operations Teams, Sales, and clients.
Developing and implementing solutions to meet client needs.
Managing and coordinating the introduction of new technologies.
Collaborating with AMO Teams to troubleshoot equipment and ensure smooth operations.
Ensuring compliance with managing the Job Cycle (MtJC) process.
Raising alerts across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar technical issue arises on a job.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
Have at least 5 years of thorough understanding (Technical) and competency in oilfield wireline operations and services (advanced open/cased-hole services).
Have experience with open hole & cased hole logging and perforating services.
Be a good communicator and fluent in English.
