The role We are looking for an experienced Lead Technical Business Analyst to join our award-winning team. Bringing a passion for what you do, you are a technical leader and a people manager. You are responsible for driving 'what good looks like' when it comes to being a Technical BA at FrankieOne and are accountable for quality coming from the Tech BA Chapter. You will manage our Tech BAs, supporting their personal development and career journeys. You will also be hands-on in defining Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and stories within a product team.

You understand the technical aspects of new products and feature updates, challenging assumptions and ensuring scope is managed.
