Your responsibilities will include: As the Lead Systems Integration/Test Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and scoping the integration, test and certification aspects for our Integrated Air Missile Defence (IAMD) programs.
A thorough understanding of Systems Engineering is essential to this role.
These may include in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems.
You will also synthesise customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints.
Team of teams leadership of the approach and planning for the Integration, Verification & Validation, and System Certification Achievement of acceptance and certification Working with the broader team, eg.
Specialty Engineering, Product Teams, Systems Engineering to ensure approach is implemented allowing Objective Evidence to be leveraged Meeting all contractual IV&C requirement obligations Control Account Management About you: To be successful in the role you will have an advanced knowledge of Defence Test & Evaluation resilience and Australian Regulations and Certifications, along with:
Demonstrated experience leading successful outcomes in a large delivery team Hands-on experience working and leading contractual processes and deliverables Excellent ability to apply experiential judgement and lateral approaches to complex problem solving. Strong experience in contemporary delivery methodologies, process, tools, standards. Special Requirements: Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current or re-instatable NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
