We are seeking a Lead Structural Engineer to head our Brisbane structural engineering team. In this role, you will lead a team of approximately six engineers, overseeing structural analysis and design activities from studies through to execution and detailed design. You'll ensure compliance with client requirements, Australian Standards, and legislative frameworks while providing technical guidance and managing the team's workflow.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring effective workload management and project delivery.Provide technical expertise and support across all project phases, from scoping studies to detailed design and execution.Collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external, fostering strong working relationships.Work closely with the drafting team to produce accurate and timely drawing outputs.Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, client design specifications, and legislative requirements.About You: You are a self-motivated leader with a passion for structural engineering and team development. Your excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
