About You This opportunity is looking for those who are interested in building their engineering careers in the resources sector, ready to take on their next challenge working with global leading large-scale projects & portfolio engineering support for sustaining capital work programs. You will have:
Bachelor/Tertiary degree in Structural/Civil from a recognised institute, with prior engineering design experience in wet/dry plant processing or relative industry exposure. Ability to initiate the exchange of required technical concepts and information with the Design team and other disciplines. A high degree of understanding of inter-discipline dependencies related to the discipline. Demonstrates ability to effectively manage resources (personnel, equipment, materials etc). Experienced in coaching, mentoring junior engineers and creating a cohesive working environment. Displays agility in delivery, with ability to adapt and troubleshoot solutions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for inter-departmental and external company interactions, ensuring collective understanding of key objectives.
