Gold Fields is a globally diversified gold producer with nine operating mines in Australia, South Africa, Ghana, Peru, Canada, and Chile.Gold Fields' mining assets in the Australia region include a 100% interest in the St Ives, Agnew, and Granny Smith mines and a 50:50 interest in the Gruyere JV project with Gold Road Resources.In this technical leadership role, as a Lead Specialist Sustainability Systems within the Sustainable Development team, you will oversee & champion all things related to safety & health management systems & processes related to our incident management system (INX InControl) and drive the effectiveness of our regulatory compliances, risk management & mitigation, and continuous improvement across our assets.Additionally, the role includes overseeing the reporting and analysis of safety and health data to drive initiatives to reduce exposure to principal mining hazards and ensure the systems are robust and fit for purpose.This role is offered on a 9-day fortnight roster at our Perth corporate office.
