Life Saving Victoria is Victoria's peak water safety and lifesaving organisation built on the proud traditions and programs of our founding organisations, the Royal Life Saving Society – Australia and Surf Life Saving Australia. We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and Creative Content Producer to join our Marketing, Media and Communication team at our Port Melbourne Head Office. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing, Media and Communications, this full-time position is pivotal in producing high-quality print and digital content that promotes LSV's purpose to "save lives and empower communities to safely enjoy water." Your responsibilities:
Create Impactful Content: Develop and deliver stunning graphic design, video, and photographic content for various LSV projects, ensuring all materials align with our brand guidelines and objectives.
Collaborate with Internal Clients: Work closely with internal stakeholders to produce on-brand designs for digital and print products, ensuring consistency across all corporate-branded materials.
Manage Projects: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, delivering creative outputs on time and according to internal briefs.
Integrate Communication Campaigns: Liaise with LSV business units to create cohesive communication campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on social media assets, video production, and print.
Support Diverse Content Development: Contribute to content across various mediums, including print, video, social media, and photography, ensuring high-quality and professional outcomes.
Who are you?
You are an experienced Creative Content Producer with a passion for delivering impactful creative services, and your enthusiastic, approachable, and can-do attitude will drive your success in this role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is essential, along with demonstrated experience in video production, editing, animation, and strong photographic skills, including drone footage, to create high-quality publications and displays.
You possess practical knowledge of multimedia software, enabling you to produce engaging content across digital and print platforms. Your proven ability to multitask and prioritise workloads ensures timely delivery of creative products while maintaining a keen eye for detail. With strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach, you excel at understanding and meeting the needs of internal stakeholders, and your experience in collaborative team environments allows you to adapt to shifting priorities.
Previous experience as an officer in a sporting, emergency service or volunteer-based organisation and knowledge of or interest in water safety, lifesaving, Life Saving Victoria, Surf Life Saving Australia and Royal Life Saving Society Australia is highly regarded.
