What You'll Do and Who You'll Work With Excellent opportunity for a Lead Rostering Solution Consultant to join our Healthcare line of business in the enterprise professional services team.

We are in search of a Lead rostering consultant who has a passion for strategic consulting, implementing solutions that provide significant benefits, building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service and outcomes.
As a Lead Rostering Solution Consultant, you will sculpt the design of the solution and utilise the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates.
You will be viewed as a trusted advisor for Workforce Management within the Healthcare Line of Business (Acute, Post-Acute, Sub-acute & Ancillary Healthcare).
You will also work in a team environment remotely or at customer sites to implement and support products that UKG delivers to its customers and will work closely with the UKG Project Managers and peers to accomplish activities along a set and proven methodology.
In this role, you will be responsible for: • Provision of industry and workforce management expertise and rostering best practice to benefit customers and colleagues • Using professional consulting concepts, implement software in various environments • Review business process analysis • Configure solution applications • Follow practices and procedures in analysing a variety of business situations or data requiring a review of a variety of factors • Provide knowledge transfer for customers • Analyse requirements and creating documentation, diagrams and feature specifications • Leading workshops and sessions to drive informed decision making and gather requirements • Advise customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures • Work with product management, clients and peers to suggest ideas for the improvement of the solutions and outcomes To be successful in the role you will bring: • At least 5 years of experience in the delivery and implementation of Rostering solutions • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent • Either solution or industry experience in workforce management • A thorough understanding of business, process and technology relating to workforce management • Broad knowledge of labour management, rostering, HR / Payroll, ERP, or similar domain product/systems • Ideal to have working experience in a healthcare environment with rostering solutions • Flexibility to travel as needed Where we're going      UKG is on the cusp of something truly special.
