What will you be doing? Design, solution, code, test, and install applications on a broad and exciting technology stack which includes a wide range of complex platforms which touches every part of the organisation. Write code, develop documentation, and lead/contribute to software design. Collaborate with users to assess IT needs and ensure system quality. Support testing phases and assist with defect triage. Maintain and improve integration processes. What are we looking for? Prior hands-on leadership experience. Growth mindset – somebody eager to learn and keen to develop and grow. Strong demonstrated Full Stack development skills with Java and JavaScript frameworks (React). Experience with Spring/Spring Boot. Good ability to understand complex applications. Knowledge in Serverless/Microservice architecture (AWS is advantageous). Excellent communication skills – ability to translate highly technical information to business stakeholders.
