$180k - $200k + super + bonus Talenza is working with a Big Four Bank on a Lead Software Engineer position.
The Lead Engineer will be required to manage a small team and be responsible for the design and build of a complex financial services platform.
Responsibilities Be the subject matter expert on Software Engineering.
High level and low level.
You will be able to answer low level questions asked of your engineers and be able to communicate high level technology to business stakeholders.
Lead a team of talented software engineers and solution designers, delivering on a vital platform for the bank.
Communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Technical Design and Architecture.
Contribute to the development of the Platform.

Requirements Extensive banking experience is a must for this position.
Outstanding experience with Java, JavaScript (React, Node, Next), Rest APIs, Kubernetes, Messaging Queues, DevOps, AWS.
Strong experience with Technical Design and Architecture.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
