Position - Lead Salesforce Developer Location: Australia Job Type: 12 months Contract with extensions Are you a dynamic tech leader with a passion for making a difference? We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to spearhead innovative ICT solutions for a Federal Government Client.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the Development Chapter, setting standards and ensuring alignment with best practices.
Establish coding standards and governance processes for high-quality, secure solutions.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Program Directors and Engineers, to ensure seamless integration across systems.
Mentor and inspire chapter teams, promoting collaboration and continuous learning.
Proven experience in software development and leading teams.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Vlocity, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
Familiarity with Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience implementing Salesforce CRM projects using agile methodologies.
Enthusiasm for accessible design and development practices.
