Lead Salesforce Consultant Permanent – Sydney/Melbourne $150,000 – $160,000 + Super We are partnering with one of Australia's largest privately owned Salesforce partners as they look to add a Lead Salesforce Consultant to the business.
The right candidate will have experience running and leading projects and process teams, work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop effective Salesforce solutions that align with their business goals.
As a Lead, you will have experience managing and mentoring a team throughout various projects, setting schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
ResponsibilitiesLead and run client workshops for requirements gathering to review existing systems and processes.Solution design including user stories, writing up business processes, data modelling, and ERDs.Work with the Solution or Technical Architect to ensure the solution is architecturally sound, well designed, and is a good technical fit for the customers' needs.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce technologies and provide guidance and training to team members and clients.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business goals.Monitor and ensure the quality of deliverables by the team of Salesforce Consultants.Experience4+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, including experience leading and managing teams.Strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration.Experience in project management, including managing budgets and timelines.Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Consultants.Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, are strongly preferred.Experience with PSS and OmniStudio a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsJoin one of the most respected partners in Australia.Be a significant part of the business growth.A focus on professional and personal growth.Think this is the role for you?
