At Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, our retail outlets reflect the luxury of our hotels and the authenticity of our destinations. We invite you to showcase your passion for engaging service as a Retail Lead, where your warmth and knowledge of our offerings will assist guests in re-creating our exceptional hotel experience in their own homes.
$17 per hourPLUS a great sales commission!Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging servicePositively and consistently demonstrates a neat, professional and fashionable imageAttend to customers in a professional and polite manner while up-selling merchandiseBuild and maintain solid guest relationships through positive guest interactionMaintains positive and flexible working relationships with other departmentsAll cashiering duties according to standardsProvide basic sales techniques and promote merchandise to guestsPartake in stock-take and month end inventoriesEnsure the shop is clean at all times while replenishing and replacing all product while following retail procedureFollow department policies, procedures and service standards including communication with managementFollow all safety, loss prevention and merchandise handling policies as directed by managementOther duties as assigned Qualifications
Previous experience within retail preferredComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications and or Point of Sales System, Micros is preferredUniversity/College degree in a related discipline an assetMust be revenue drivenMust possess a professional presentationPrevious Hotel experience preferredStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to work flexible shifts including, nights, weekends and holiday Additional Information
