Design and Develop a suite of reporting and analytical insights within Microsoft Power BI that enable Sustainable Infrastructure to understand and manage various performance and intelligence aspects in the delivery of a large Capital Infrastructure Program of work. What does the role do? Key Accountabilities Accountability Details Performance Reporting Develop strong working relationships with key partners across SA Water to consolidate multiple sources of data across all service channels.Work collaboratively across the business to capture and interrogate this data and insights in a timely manner.Provide monthly performance reports in Microsoft Power BI with a high degree of accuracy in a timely manner.Implement and develop technology to effectively manage data and insights.Primary contact for provision of ad-hoc data and performance requests to internal and external stakeholders. Provide a technical performance function Provision of asset performance data in accordance with timeframes established by corporate processes.Ensure integrity and accuracy of performance and compliance reportingDeliver all data and information related initiatives in a way that aligns to and supports Enterprise data standards Effective and efficient performance data management service Coordinate the development of a performance data management framework and associated operational systems that allows for effective and efficient capture and analysis and insights generation, for diverse business functions (e.g. corporate reporting, statutory reporting, operational performance and optimisation, asset investment planning).Participate and contribute to forums, initiatives and projects designed to ensure an Enterprise approach to the management and governance of the SA Water data assets. Drive development of tools, processes and procedures that drive standardisation and improved efficiencies associated with performance monitoring, process analysis and troubleshooting across Operations.Support Operations engagement with key business stakeholders to create business value from improved data management.Ensure effective systems and mechanisms are in place to enable timely reporting of compliance performance information Work collaboratively across the business to capture and interrogate service delivery data in a timely manner.Take ownership for bringing and reporting into the team, working closely with the key stakeholders to ensure that enhancements to the reporting systems enable the team to produce reporting at tactical and strategic levelsKnowledge, skills and experience the role requires Foundation Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications Essential or Desirable Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science or similar discipline Essential Solid interpersonal skills and an ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders Essential Advanced data analytics capability and familiarity of data analytics tools and techniques Essential Experience in handling large volumes of data and providing analysis of the data to inform effective business decisions Essential Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and to work autonomously and as part of a team Essential Proven problem solving and analytical skills and abilities Essential High degree of computer literacy Essential Who you work with Sustable Infrastructure Managers Joint Venture and Framework partnersSustainable Infrastructure StaffCorporate Technology, Data and Analytics teamsSpecial conditions Flexible hours and some after hours as required, some intra and interstate travel.Depending on the role you will be required to undergo initial and/or subsequent clearance checks to ensure your ongoing suitability for the role.
