Lead React Native Engineer

Partnering with a leading business consulting organisation within Australia to find a React Native Lead to join on an existing project with an immediate start (21st October). This is an 8-month contract with a hybrid working model, with candidates either located in Sydney (preferred) but also open to Melbourne-based applicants.

You will be responsible for developing mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms to optimise and modernize application functions.
Lead implementation of advanced AR/VR featuresHelp define strategies for cross-platform developmentOversee high traffic app infrastructure using Redux, SWR, and React QueryDrive integration with cloud services such as AWS/FirebaseMonitor performance metrics Ideal Candidate 8+ years experience using React Native4+ years in a leadership role specialising in React NativeDeep understanding of integrations to native iOS and Android, including TypescriptStrong communication skillsProven track record of managing large scale React Native projects Interview process - 2 stages (1 Technical / 1 Cultural)

Duration - 8 Months (start date 21st October)
