Based in our Mount Waverley Office, this newly created 3-month contract with a view to permanency role will see you contact an existing nurture database and new inquiries, mainly web leads, and pre-qualify to enable a warm transfer to our Internal Sales team and make outbound sales calls to existing Metricon customers.
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Make outbound telephone calls & initial contact with new inquiries in a timely manner.Basic pre-qualifying and then warm transfer to the appropriate New Home Advisor.Use your Sales CRM system to update and maintain as per business rules.Make outbound phone calls to nurture the database in an attempt to move along the sales pipeline and warm transfers to a New Home Advisor in the sales team.Metricon will offer you:

Strong communication skills with clear and professional phone etiquette.Ability to attentively listen to understand the needs of the lead and qualify accordingly.Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities.Working knowledge of the building and construction process would be an advantage.Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.Proven ability to work in a positive and professional manner in a goal-oriented environment.Intermediate Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK computer skills.How to apply:
