This Lead – Projects will oversee the capital project program for Fixed Plant within the AusPac Mining Services East Region.
Lead and manage project teams, ensuring the application of good governance, project processes, and hazard study procedures for all projects.What you will be doingThe Lead Projects role leverages extensive knowledge, experience, and leadership to support AusPac's Capital Program in alignment with the organization's strategy.
This role focuses on improving project delivery, enhancing stakeholder collaboration, and managing the program life cycle.
Key responsibilities include aligning and governing project teams to meet business objectives, leading project planning, design, and implementation, and monitoring and reporting project progress to stakeholders.
This role requires a strong execution focus, the ability to work autonomously, and effective leadership and communication skills.
The Lead Project serves as the primary contact for all projects within the Fixed Plant program, managing stakeholder relationships and expectations.
The role also involves developing cost-effective project solutions, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with governance processes across the program.What you will bringDegree in an engineering discipline or Project Management.
