Make a difference as a Project Delivery Lead  Join the largest general insurance group in Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia. 
In this role, you'll lead various initiatives through all phases of IAG's delivery approach and contribute learnings and thought leadership to the continual development of the delivery approach. You'll collaborate with business owners, sponsors, and programme managers to lead problem identification, ideation, solution design, assumptions testing, delivery, and the embedment of complex initiatives. Your effective project-management and leadership skills will ensure successful delivery, including scope management, reporting, governance, planning, and cost/benefit management.
Furthermore, you'll ensure effective change-management is applied to the delivery of initiatives, ensuring any change impact to the business is well understood and well managed. Building strong stakeholder relationships across IAG, you'll ensure we remain customer-focused, people focused and recommend commercially sound, and well-informed solutions. 
This is a one-year full-time fixed-term role and you can work from any of our offices across New Zealand.
To be successful in the role, you'll ideally have the following skills/ experiences:
• Demonstrated extensive experience in project management, business analysis, or change management roles.
• Significant experience in managing organizational change in complex environments.
• Proven expertise in leading change related to business improvement.
• Ability to deliver valuable solutions for customers, business, and employees in complex settings.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills
