About the Role: An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Lead Project and Improvement Facilitator within the Project and Improvement Office. 
The Lead Project and Improvement Facilitator is responsible to the Director Project and Improvement Office for providing leadership, coaching, project management and change management expertise to drive and embed a continuous improvement culture across NALHN. 
The Lead Project and Improvement Facilitator will drive continuous improvement efforts by: Aligning change management, continuous improvement and innovation activities with organisational prioritiesLeading complex system and process improvement across Departments, Divisions and DirectoratesBuilding capability in change management and continuous improvement across the organisation through coaching, mentoring, training, recognition and support.Developing a continuous improvement and inquiring culture across NALHN where each decision and action is driven by the focus on consumer outcomes and experience, measurement and systems thinking.To be eligible for this position as an AHP3, you must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification for one of the following Allied Health disciplines working in the service, specifically:
Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification, usually in human movements, inclusive of the exercise physiology elective and eligible for accreditation from Exercise Sports Science Australia (ESSA).Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA).Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with Occupational Therapy Australia.Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia.Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of Speech Pathology Australia.To be eligible for this position as an RN3, you must be Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse and/or Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check.
Check(s) DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC)National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g. aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients)Immunisation Risk for this position is – Category B (indirect contact with blood or body substances)  SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
