About the Role
As the Lead Professional Services Consultant for one of our flagship products (TIMS), you will design and deliver consulting services for our customers on strategic Trapeze & TIMS software solutions agreements.
You'll have the opportunity to:
Travel to Bus Operators' sites across ANZ to help our customers make the most of TIMS to deliver operational excellence, decision support and keep buses running on-time, and compliantly for our ever growing and maturing customer base.
Facilitate & execute business analysis & business process reviews and improvements, coordinating and implementing system configuration changes to the product.
Lead the scalable ongoing improvement of internal capabilities such as pre-sales support, professional services, & product knowledge management that add value to our customers and inspire them to invest in our roadmap to support the rollout of their standard operating and innovation procedures.
Your main duties will be:
Supporting the Customer Success Manager with the oversight of the TIMS Professional Services Team, to drive the ongoing performance of our highly engaged team and contribute to the improvement of the commercialised project lifecycle.
On-site & remote delivery of professional consulting services from existing and potential customer opportunities:
Pre-sales support and timely production of high quality and accurate estimates and quotes for professional services engagements;
Determine & document business & configuration requirements and scope of works;
Develop & articulate the high-level solution design to meet customer's business requirements;
Ensure the technical solution design is aligned with what has been agreed with the customer;
Oversee project implementations and documentation.
Collaborating & contributing cross-functionally to enable strong growth and delivery of Trapeze's business strategy and ensure TIMS delivers next generation requirements.
Observing our customers so we can continually design and operationalise process improvements and new billable services that add value to our customers to meet their business objectives.
About You
Tertiary qualification in IT and/or Finance, Business or Commerce, or equivalent work experience.
Great communication, consulting, business services and analysis skills.
Desire to cross-train, upskill, have a continuous learning and teach others focus.
Experience partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, from C-suite through to junior operational staff.
Project management skills to drive team delivery of project services and manage the pipeline of available Professional Service Projects to completion.
Analytical skills for the timely production of high-quality and accurate estimates and quotes for professional services engagements.
Customer relationship skills to turn customers into successful business partners and identify & monitor customers' organisational goals, business problems, and barriers to success.
Innovation skills to design and operationalise process improvements and new billable services that add value to our customers.
Ability to travel nationally extensively, and internationally occasionally, if required.
Desirable: One of the following additional desirable qualifications - CA/CPA; IIBA certification; MBPM.
Desirable: Professional experience in Public Transport, Bus operations, Fleet Management, Workforce Management, Payroll, Award Interpretation or ERP systems.
