As a senior member of the product organisation, you bring a deep understanding of product, business strategy, market dynamics and leadership to guide large-scale product initiatives across multiple streams.A strong background in the Travel domain or TMC industry combined with a solid understanding of technology products is essential for this position.This role is open to both Australian and New Zealand candidates.What you will be doingDevelop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with Serko's business goals and market trendsIdentify and validate market opportunities and user needs to develop a holistic product strategy and road map that supports a wider portfolio-level strategyConduct market research, competitive analysis and gather customer feedback to inform product decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of the product roadmapMonitor progress, manage risks and adjust plans as necessary to deliver product on time and within budgetLead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers, providing guidance, coaching and fostering their professional developmentSet clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.What you will bringProven track record of leadership in product management with experience in guiding successful product launches and leading cross-functional teamsDeep understanding of product management principles and best practices, with proven experience in market analysis, product strategy development and product lifecycle managementStrong Travel domain knowledge in a SaaS environmentStrong leadership and influencing skills with experience leading cross-functional teamsExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiencesAnalytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using insights to drive product decisions and measure impactSkilled facilitator.
