About the role Flex has grown our core flexible rent consumer product/business by distributing it through our rapidly growing network of property management company partners. This core business is growing extremely fast, and we're ready to take our next swing. Specifically, as we enter the next chapter of our growth, we are hiring a Lead PM to own a true 0 to 1 effort to build our next business line. This role will dotted-line to a Flex cofounder and heavily partner with them to get a new business off the ground. Career growth in this role is expected with the growth/success of the product.
What you'll do You will serve as the primary owner of a new Flex product offering from idea through landing and beyond. In this capacity, you will:
Develop and own Flex's product strategy around our next new product line. You will act as the singled-threaded owner, responsible for the end-to-end outcomes of this product. Move fast to define, derisk, launch, and iterate on a new product that we expect to be material to Flex's long term growth and business outcomes. Partner with our CPO and CTO to recruit, hire and grow the high-performing team required to build/land this product. Partner with Flex's CEO, cofounder, and Chief Product Officer to land this new product as fast as possible Key qualifications Product: 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of driving impact on your product(s) and ideally experience as owner of a rapidly growing consumer or B2B2C product Analytical horsepower: You dig deep into the data, think from first principles, and deliver the right results Communication: High attention to detail including precise and effective communication with senior stakeholders Scrappy: In starting a new product, you need to be eager to wear multiple hats as a leader and a "doer", who will do what is required to land a new product at high quality rapidly. Pace: Desire for fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment The national pay range for this role is $230,000 -$250,000 in base salary. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience aligned with Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
