Requirements
The Lead Product Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the product vision and strategy at Serko. As a senior member of the product organisation, you bring a deep understanding of product, business strategy, market dynamics and leadership to guide large-scale product initiatives across multiple streams.
A strong background in the Travel domain or TMC industry combined with a solid understanding of technology products is essential for this position.
This role is open to both Australian and New Zealand candidates.
What you will be doing

Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with Serko's business goals and market trends.
Identify and validate market opportunities and user needs to develop a holistic product strategy and roadmap that supports a wider portfolio-level strategy.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of the product roadmap.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and adjust plans as necessary to deliver product on time and within budget.
Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering their professional development.
Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.

What you will bring

Proven track record of leadership in product management with experience in guiding successful product launches and leading cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of product management principles and best practices, with proven experience in market analysis, product strategy development, and product lifecycle management.
Strong Travel domain knowledge in a SaaS environment.
Strong leadership and influencing skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using insights to drive product decisions and measure impact.
Skilled facilitator. Ability to get the best from others while asking tough questions.
