What you'd be doing in this role As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve. At the moment, this role is focused on: Discovering print features for onboarding teams and enterprise users to design and print their creations. Providing a seamless administrative experience for managing print orders at an organisational level, from order placement and payment system enhancements to the post-purchase journey. Ensuring customer retention by encouraging continued use of Canva Print. You'll be responsible for Strategy & vision: You'll shape the strategic direction for our enterprise-grade printing services. Collaborating closely with your triad—comprising leaders from product, engineering, and operations leads—you will co-create and define the team's roadmap, ensuring alignment with wider Canva's business goals and delivering solutions that meet the complex needs of large-scale organisations. Designing the product features: You will spearhead the development of product features by leveraging research and data that best suit the needs of Canva's teams and enterprise customers. Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with design and product leaders both within the Print Group and across other Supergroups. You will help provide clarity to your team by collaborating with different parts of the business, especially while going through periods of ambiguity or roadblocks Researching & iterating: You will conduct research and maintain engagement with our users to understand their needs. Based on your findings, you will continuously refine your designs to ensure our print service meets enterprise-level standards. You're probably a match if You have end-to-end product design experience . You've designed and shipped multiple products or features across various platforms. You have a collaborative approach. You have experience working closely with other Designers, Engineers and Product Managers. You value feedback and brainstorming ideas. You have a problem-first mindset . You're obsessed with identifying gaps/opportunities and enjoy deeply investigating ambiguous problems. You have effective communication skills . You create clarity through your communication by making complex things simple. You can confidently present your ideas and tell a compelling story to the broader team. You have experience conducting user research and usability testing. You're skilled in turning the outcomes from research into data to drive your design solutions. You love stakeholder management. You have experience dealing with broad stakeholder groups and know when to bring the right people together to achieve common goals. You have a growth mindset.
