Your Role: In this hands-on role, you will:
Directly craft and refine design elements, focusing on innovative gamification and AI integration.Lead the design process from concept to reality, applying your expertise in a well-established, high-impact environment.Engage in proactive user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs.Work closely with our experienced product and engineering teams to bring your design visions to life.Ensure an intuitive, delightful and engaging user experience across the Mathspace product suite.Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in product design.A compelling portfolio in UI, interaction, and visual design.Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.A solid track record in designing for gamification and user engagement.Experience with animation tools (Bonus points for Rive experience).A passion and curiosity for exploring the latest in Generative AI tools.Strong background in user research and usability testing.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.A passion for education and insights into the challenges and dynamics of math education.What We Offer: Be a key player in a leading, established company at the forefront of educational technology.Directly contribute to a product that's making a real difference in education globally.Work in a company with a flat, dynamic management structure that values innovation.Enjoy flexible remote work options, with a hybrid setup available in our Surry Hills office.Make a Lasting Impact: Join us in our mission to advance math education on a large scale.
