Lead Product Designer

ZeroFox seeks a Lead Product Designer to join our dynamic team and take the lead on the user experience of our unified external cybersecurity SaaS platform. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging data-rich user interfaces, a strong emphasis on user-centered design principles and a proven history of establishing and evolving design teams and systems. This individual will lead our design team and work closely with cross-functional leaders and their teams, including product managers, engineers, operations and go-to-market teams. This is a player-coach position with equal emphasis on building the people and processes required for great design and delivering best-in-class product experiences for our users.Role and responsibilities Own and develop our design system, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience for all users.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative, pragmatic design solutions aligned to our product strategy.Advocate for design thinking across the organization, build the team's research and development skills.Extend our user research capabilities by coaching best practices, and building a set of processes that allow us to better capture insights and data from research and user feedbackCreate wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.Manage and coach other designers and support their growth and development within the team.Required qualifications and skills Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, related field or equivalent experience.Experience in SaaS UX/UI design in a senior role for 5+ years with 1+ years managing people.A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms, including web and mobile.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.Experience with user research methods, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills in EnglishAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.Desired qualifications and skillsKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with Angular development. Experience with Google MaterialExperience with StorybookBenefitsOpportunities to learn and contribute your knowledge to our Digital Risk Protection platformCompetitive compensationCompetitive PTOComplementary health insuranceDaily catered lunches for in-office workRespectful and nourishing work environment, where every opinion is heard and everyone is encouraged to be an active part of the organizational culture.Regular team bonding activities like cooking and cocktails classes, bingos, stand up comedy, magic shows, virtual happy hour, lunch and learns, etc.Additional Parental LeaveExcellent communication: between teams, people, organizations and leadersAbout usZeroFox is on a mission to make the internet safer for all.
