Lead and mentor staff, manage complex cases, and drive program success in a versatile and impactful role.

What we are looking for Relevant qualification in Counselling, Social Work or Psychology and minimum five years' experience in relevant practice and team leadership.
Demonstrated ability in recording and interpreting large volumes of data in line with contractual requirements.
