The Lead Planner is responsible for working with the Project leadership team to assist them with project planning, reporting and co-ordination on our projects. This role will be instrumental in supporting the Project Manager by utilising technical knowledge and experience to overcome obstacles and roadblocks ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.Responsibilities include:Assisting the Project Managers in the overall planning and scheduling activities on projects.Development and monitoring of plans and schedules, baselines, activity completion, identification of trends and corrective / preventive actions to influence on-time delivery of the project's objectives.Earned value progress reporting/manning profiles, including S-CurvesConstant liaison with the project team and other stakeholders to facilitate effective, consistent, accurate and timely communication.Highlight issues as they become apparent from the scheduleEvaluate and assess third party contractor schedulesInterpret scope of work documents and provide execution strategy guidanceThere are many long-term opportunities available across our business, and more on the horizon.
